Absolutely. In "customer choose gifts" mode you attach a gift pool to a rule, and shoppers pick their preferred gift directly in the cart or at checkout.
Can gifts be added automatically without a coupon code?
Yes. Auto gift mode adds the reward to the cart the moment the rule conditions are met — no coupon codes for customers to enter or for you to manage.
What conditions can I use to trigger a gift or promotion?
You can trigger rules by cart subtotal, cart total quantity, specific products in the cart, categories in the cart, and product quantity, using operators like greater than, equals, in, or contains.
Can I run more than one gift rule at the same time?
Yes. Each rule has a priority, and a conflict strategy (priority wins or max quantity wins) decides which reward applies when multiple rules qualify for the same cart.
Does it support free shipping and discounts, not just gifts?
Yes. Action-only rules let you display a notice, apply free shipping, or add a fixed or percentage fee discount when conditions are met.
What happens if a gift product is out of stock?
For automatic gifts you can set out-of-stock behavior to skip the gift or try the next available product from the pool, so campaigns keep running smoothly.
Can I require customers to select a gift before checkout?
Yes. You can block checkout until the required gift is selected, so shoppers always claim the reward they qualify for before completing the order.
How does gift selection work for a pool — first available, cheapest, or random?
When auto-gifting from a pool you choose the selection type: first available, cheapest, or random, plus a maximum number of gifts per order.
Is the plugin translation ready?
