No. Every booking is a normal WooCommerce order, so you keep your current checkout, payment gateways, reports and emails. The plugin adds no per-booking fees.

For each tour, choose a duration type: one-day with time slots, one-day with time periods, or multi-day by number of days. Then set the allowed dates, date ranges and blocked days.

The price is built from guest-type prices. Seasonal rates, group discounts, special-time prices and early bird offers are then applied in a set priority order. Add-ons and paid guest fields are added at the end.

You set the maximum number of guests for each tour and choose which order statuses reserve seats. Remaining capacity is shown on the form, and imported iCal feeds block dates already booked elsewhere.

Yes. You can enable an enquiry form next to the booking form or on its own. You choose which fields it shows, and it supports reCAPTCHA and custom thank-you or error pages.

Yes. Guest information fields can collect text, dropdowns, checkboxes and file uploads (JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC) for each person. You can assign different fields to different tours.

Yes. A "Cancel booking" button appears in My Account for eligible orders. You set the minimum number of hours before departure, and the Google Calendar event can be removed automatically.
